T&C Cancellation Policy:
If you need to cancel/reschedule your appointment, please let us know at least 1 hour before your appointment is scheduled to begin. This will allow our stylists time to replace the lost booking.
T&C Late Policy:
We allow a late arrival time of up to 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, the appointment will be cancelled in order to allow us to keep our appointments on schedule. If you will be more than 10 minutes late, please contact the salon. A client’s first no-call/no-show will be forgiven. A second no-call/no-show will result in 25% of the cost of the missed service added on to your next appointment. Any no-call/no-show appointments after that will result in 50% of the cost of the missed service added on to your next appointment.
